I have been a teacher for the past 15 years. My career started on a horse farm where I taught the merits of horsemanship and skills of horseback riding. I then expanded my teaching into various styles of yoga and meditation.
My years on the farm taught me persistence, patience, and the rewards of relationships with horses and humans. When building these relationships I learned that one must cultivate sensitivity, communication, trust, vulnerability and courage.
My years in the studio taught me the subtleties of flexibility and strength in the body and mind. I learned how balancing these two properties in one’s life leads to holistic/overall health.
I believe that every day is a gift and life should be lived in curiosity and awe. I believe that small changes can make a big difference in the way one feels in their body and life.
I am a curator, dedicated to creating sustainable lifestyles in which one feels inspired, healthy and balanced. With the use of yoga, meditation, and wellness practices my clients are able to discover and create their own unique magnificent lifestyle.
